What is a concrete overlay?
A concrete overlay is a thin layer of polymer-modified cement bonded to your existing slab. Once it's down, we texture, hand-detail, color and seal it to create an entirely new decorative surface.
Because the overlay goes over the concrete you already have, there is no demolition, less mess and a lower cost than replacing the slab.
