These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of superiorconcretesolutions.net (the "Site") operated by Superior Concrete Solutions. By using the Site, you agree to these Terms.

You may use the Site for lawful, personal or business purposes related to learning about and requesting our services. You agree not to misuse the Site, interfere with its operation or attempt unauthorized access.

Information on the Site, including descriptions, timelines and examples, is general and not an offer. Pricing is provided only in a written estimate after an on-site consultation.

All work is governed by a separate written proposal or contract signed by you and Superior Concrete Solutions. If that agreement conflicts with these Terms, the signed agreement controls. Warranty terms, if any, are stated only in that agreement.

Decorative concrete and metallic epoxy are hand-crafted. Colors, patterns and textures will vary from samples, photos and screens, and no two installations are identical. Existing slab conditions, such as cracks, moisture and settlement, can affect results; we will discuss known risks during your consultation.

Promotions or discounts shown on the Site are subject to stated terms, may not be combined and may change or end without notice.

Financing is offered by third-party lenders through our partner. Superior Concrete Solutions is not a lender and does not make credit decisions. All financing is subject to the lender's terms and approval.

All Site content, including text, photos, logos and designs, belongs to Superior Concrete Solutions or its licensors and may not be copied or used without permission.

By submitting photos, reviews or feedback, you grant us permission to use them for marketing, without compensation, unless you ask us not to in writing.

The Site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent allowed by law, Superior Concrete Solutions is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the Site.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Alabama, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Site means you accept the updated Terms.
