Step 1: Free design consultation

We meet you on-site anywhere in our Alabama and Florida service area, measure the space and inspect your concrete for cracks, moisture, old coatings and wear. Then we plan the design together: colors, textures, patterns and how you use the space. You see samples and photos of similar projects before you decide.

Step 2: Written estimate and design plan

You receive a clear, itemized estimate that spells out surface prep, repairs, the system we'll install and the timeline. Financing options are available.

Step 3: Scheduling

Choose the best available date. We explain how to prepare, including clearing the area and arranging pets, vehicles and access, and how long the space will be off-limits.

Step 4: Surface preparation

Preparation is where most floors fail, so it is where we take the most care. Depending on the system, we diamond-grind or profile the concrete, repair cracks and spalls, and address moisture so the coating bonds for the long term.

Step 5: Installation

Our trained crew applies your system layer by layer: primers, base coats, metallic pigments or flakes, overlay texture, hand-carved wood grain, stain and protective topcoats. Every step follows the manufacturer's specifications.

Step 6: Cure and final walkthrough

Once your surface has cured, we walk the project with you, confirm every detail and show you how to clean and care for it. You'll know exactly when you can walk on it, move furniture back or park.
